- Material Handling: Integrated automation for optimized cycle times
But numbers only tell part of the story. What truly sets us apart is our team's dedication to getting every detail right for your project.
Supported Materials
We specialize in:
- Carbon Steel — up to 1.000”
- Stainless Steel — up to 0.500”
- Aluminum — up to 0.500”
Whether you're in automotive, electrical, automation, or machine building, we understand that each industry has its unique challenges. That's why we've invested in equipment and expertise that delivers the intricate components you need.
Optimized for Engineering and Prototyping Environments
Our laser platform supports both low-volume prototyping and mid-to-high volume production, offering dimensional stability and clean edge quality for parts with tight geometrical tolerances.
We integrate seamlessly with downstream operations including:
- Press Braking — for precision forming
- CNC Shearing and Cutting — for pre-cut stock
- MIG/TIG Welding — for assembly and enclosure work
- CNC Machining — for secondary ops and complex features
- Metal Finishing — for aesthetic or functional coating
This allows us to serve as a single-source partner for fabricated parts from flat layout to finished product.
Engineering Partnership You Can Count On
Our degreed engineers don't just operate machines – they partner with you to optimize your designs. Our on-site mechanical engineers work directly with your CAD models, providing:
- Design-for-manufacturability (DFM) input
- Nesting optimization for material efficiency
- Cut path verification and feature feasibility analysis
We’re experienced in supporting electrical, automation, aerospace, and industrial machinery sectors, and understand how part tolerance, surface finish, and thermal distortion impact downstream performance.
Quality Assurance Protocols
We maintain robust in-process and final inspection procedures to meet demanding QA/QC expectations:
- Certified material traceability
- CAD-to-cut file verification
- On-machine monitoring for thermal and speed consistency
- 100% visual and dimensional inspection prior to shipment
Our facility follows ISO-aligned best practices and supports PPAP documentation when required.
